Ron Yount, Jr., LPC, LMFT, MAC

Ron has a Masters Degree from The University of Alabama at
Birmingham.

He is licensed as a professional counselor and as a marriage
and family therapist.  He holds a certificate as a "Masters
Addiction Counselor".

He has been the clinical director for several local substance
abuse treatment programs and an adjunct faculty member at local colleges.  He is
currently teaching at Jefferson State Community College.
His primary interest is in marriage and family counseling and working with those in
recovery from alcohol or drug addiction.

He enjoys hiking,riding his bicycle, working in his yard and repairing his old truck.

He participates in the HIGHPOINTERS CLUB whose members attempt to stand on the
highest natural point in each of the 50 states.  He recently completed his 36th state
highpoint.

Ron has 3 daughters, 2 dogs and a cat and he attends Mountaintop Community
Church.
